Hannah Cleveland

PT, DPT

Hannah is a Goshen, Kentucky native who graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020 and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the same university in August 2024. During her clinical rotations, she developed a strong passion for working with children and gained valuable experience with medically complex patients through pediatric therapy. Excited to join Easterseals Bluegrass, Hannah brings her expertise to families in the Lexington area and looks forward to making a positive impact in her new role. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new hobbies, including playing the guitar, embroidery, and quilting.
