We care for the ones you love. Adult Day Health is uniquely designed to provide medical and social services to individuals with birth disorders or who have acquired (through Trauma) developmental, intellectual, cognitive, and/or physical disabilities. We offer supervision to these medically fragile individuals, so their primary caregivers can continue to balance their employment and other family needs. Our program specializes in providing services to clients who need medical supervision but also benefit from group interaction.
PROGRAM OPERATES:
Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:30PM
WHO DO WE SERVE?
Adults 18 years and older with disabilities and/or significant health issues. Prospective participants must be medically stable and not confined to bed. They must demonstrate behavior that is acceptable in a group setting (no harm to self or others).
Prior to Admission an extensive psychosocial and medical health assessment is conducted on a prospective participant. He/she is encouraged to take advantage of a free half-day visit (approximately 4 hours), to determine the appropriateness of the setting for the participant and ADH population.
