We are an Adult Day program in Lexington, KY that has been providing supervised, structured activities for adults with disabilities and/or significant health issues since 1998.

Creative Day is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) Center prescribed for Medicaid-eligible children with complex medical conditions. It is designed to give children who are medically fragile quality care in the least restrictive environment possible. This inclusive, comprehensive program ensures quality, innovative educational programs, and customized medical, nursing, and therapy services.
HorseAbility is a specialized summer program that provides school-aged children who have special needs with unique equine experiences. It’s made possible by a partnership between Central Kentucky Riding for Hope (CKRH) and Easterseals Bluegrass.
Our Pediatric Therapy program is designed to assess the cognitive, physical, communicative and developmental needs of each child—and to address those needs through Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy.
Our therapists work collaboratively with each child’s family, medical team, educational team and other support systems as needed.
