Creative Beginnings – Inclusive Daycare & Preschool in Lexington, KY

At Creative Beginnings, we provide a pro‑social, play‑based daycare and preschool program for children of all abilities, ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Located in the heart of Lexington, our mission is to nurture each child’s growth through engaging activities, inclusive practices, and a safe, supportive environment.

Creative Day – Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC)

Creative Day at Easterseals Bluegrass provides Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) in Lexington, KY, offering a safe, inclusive medical daycare for Medicaid-eligible children with complex medical needs. Our program offers skilled nursing and developmental care for children with cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and many other diagnoses.

Pediatric Therapy

Our Pediatric Therapy program is designed to assess the cognitive, physical, communicative, and developmental needs of each child—and to address those needs through Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy.

Our therapists work collaboratively with each child’s family, medical team, educational team, and other support systems as needed.
