Our Programs
Adult Day Health
We are an Adult Day program in Lexington, KY that has been providing supervised, structured activities for adults with disabilities and/or significant health issues since 1998.
Center for Applied Behavioral Supports
We support families and children experiencing challenging behavior to help them live more harmoniously in their natural environments, emphasizing flexibility, independence, and autonomy. We offer caregiver-implemented and therapist-implemented services based on the unique needs of the family.
Creative Beginnings
A pro-social, play-based childcare and preschool program for children of all abilities in Lexington, Kentucky, which encourages development through interactions and activities with peers.
Creative Day – Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC)
Creative Day at Easterseals Bluegrass provides Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) in Lexington, KY, offering a safe, inclusive medical daycare for Medicaid-eligible children with complex medical needs. Our program offers skilled nursing and developmental care for children with cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and many other diagnoses.
Pediatric Therapy
Our Pediatric Therapy program is designed to assess the cognitive, physical, communicative, and developmental needs of each child—and to address those needs through Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy.
Our therapists work collaboratively with each child’s family, medical team, educational team, and other support systems as needed.
