Pediatric Therapy Scheduler

Before joining the Easterseals Bluegrass family in Lexington, Gina Case worked as a Scheduler/Coordinator for a manufacturing company, keeping the team at a 92% on-time delivery rate. After receiving a diploma in Health Information Technology, Gina worked in a company that reviewed medical claims from a variety of clinics. As a Team Lead, she oversaw a team that verified the quality of the data entered from the claims to ensure the bills were matched correctly to the claims. During her time there, Gina also created work instructions for domestic and international teams, which in turn helped to build team confidence and increased the accuracy and proficiency of processing claims. Her love of working with preschool-aged children and passion for making a difference in young lives led her to Easterseals Bluegrass, where she now supports the pediatric therapy team. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, crocheting, supporting her husband’s high school wrestling team, working out, growing a garden as well as other plants and flowers, and getting kitty cuddles.
