Before joining our Easterseals family, I worked as a Scheduler/Coordinator for a manufacturing company, keeping our team at a 92% on-time delivery rate. After receiving a diploma in Health Information Technology, I worked in a company that reviewed medical claims from a variety of clinics. As a Team Lead, I oversaw a team that verified the quality of the data entered from the claims to ensure the bills were matched correctly to the claims. During my time there, I also created work instructions for our domestic and international teams, which in turn helped to build team confidence and increased the accuracy and proficiency of processing claims. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, crocheting, supporting my husband’s high school wrestling team, working out, growing a garden as well as other plants and flowers, and getting kitty cuddles.
