Hannah Cleveland

PT, DPT

Hannah is a Goshen, Kentucky native who graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020 and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the same university in August 2024. During her clinical rotations, she developed a strong passion for pediatric physical therapy and gained valuable experience working with medically complex patients. Hannah is excited to start her career with Easterseals and looks forward to making a positive impact in her new role. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new hobbies, including playing the guitar, embroidery, and quilting..
